Advanced Training

Michael provides direction, and guidance to support clients in broadening their self-awareness, perspective on life, and to open their minds to the realm of open possibility, which allows clients to reach their goals more expediently. Being open to direction, to think a little differently, and maybe even to take different actions, is a vital component of the coaching process.

The Advanced Training Makeover is comprised of a series of dynamic, multiple muscle group exercises combined with functional training, boxing, martial arts techniques, ply metrics, Yoga postures, structure and balance stabilization and CORE training.
